As a fundraiser, you are entitled to special promotions (when advertised) which may include free shipping, personalized marketing materials, etc. You will be notified by e-mail when special promotional offers are released. Promotion details will be contained within the e-mail.

Questions Regarding Your Order

All orders are processed (providing item(s) are in stock) within 48 hours (excluding holidays). Please add appropriate shipping time to receive your order. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please calculate shipping when completing your order for an accurate total. Shipping discounts depend upon quantity ordered.

Orders Placed on "Back Order" Status:

The balance of your order, which is in-stock, will be shipped within (48 hours). Your "Back Ordered" merchandise will ship when stock has been received. You will not be charged for items not shipped.

Terms and Conditions of the Fundraiser Program

Payment:

All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping.

Refund:

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with products purchased through this website, (within 30 days of your purchase) you are entitled to a full refund (less taxes, shipping and a re-stocking fee of 15%) of your order. To receive a refund you must return the purchased products, in their original shipping packaging, along with a copy of your purchase receipt or order number to: FridgeWise Magnets, 199 Firetown Road, Simsbury, CT 06070. Refunds are generally processed within 30-days from the receipt of returned merchandise. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be processed without first contacting our order and processing department at: sales@fridgewise.com. Please detail your refund request within your e-mail. Seasonal or custom designed and/or ordered merchandise is not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges:

You may exchange merchandise (within 30 days of your purchase) for credit only less a re-stocking fee of 15%. Seasonal or custom ordered merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be processed without first contacting our order and processing department at: sales@fridgewise.com.

Damaged Merchandise:

Should your merchandise be damaged during shipping please e-mail your order confirmation to: sales@fridgewise.com with a description of damage. FridgeWise Magnets warranties all products against manufacturer defect for a period of 90-days. If your merchandise was damaged during shipping, the carrier will be contacted for shipping and/or product credit. Upon verification, we will replace the product(s) at no cost to you (less shipping). Products no longer available may be exchanged or replaced for credit only. You may be required to return the damaged merchandise (at your shipping expense) before credit or replacement may be issued. Damaged seasonal or custom ordered merchandise may be replaced with a comparable product. Third party adhesive squares are not guaranteed for permanency

Copyright and Terms of Use:

You agree, as a fundraiser, not to copy, transfer, modify design(s) or packaging of the products or marketing materials purchased or otherwise ordered from FridgeWise Magnets. You agree to hold FridgeWise Magnets blameless for damages, monetary or physical, through consumer or commercial misuse of product(s) purchased or otherwise ordered from FridgeWise Magnets or its designates.

Program Changes:

FridgeWise Magnets reserves the right to modify the "Fundraiser Program" at any time without notice.

Privacy Policy:
