Refund:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied
with products purchased through this website, (within
30 days of your purchase) you are entitled
to a full refund (less taxes, shipping and a re-stocking
fee of 15%) of your order. To
receive a refund you must return the purchased products,
in their original shipping packaging, along with
a copy of your purchase receipt or order number to:

CT 06070. Refunds are generally processed within
30-days from the receipt of returned merchandise.
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be
processed without first contacting our order and
processing department at: order@fridgewise.com.

Damaged
Merchandise:
Should your merchandise be damaged
during shipping please e-mail your order confirmation

FridgeWise Magnets warranties all products against manufacturer
defect for a period of 90-days. If your
merchandise was damaged during shipping, the carrier
will be contacted
for shipping and/or product credit. Upon verification,
we will replace the product(s) at no cost to you (less
shipping). Products no longer available may be exchanged
or replaced for credit only. You may be required to return
the damaged merchandise (at your shipping expense) before
credit or replacement may be issued. Seasonal or custom
ordered merchandise
may be replaced with a comparable product. Third
party adhesive squares are not guaranteed for permanency.
